This is an old Nagoya obi. It's a glossy black with thick bamboo. It has a masculine feel. The weaving is in good condition, with almost no looseness or fraying. The part that's held together in a triangle is frayed. Because it's black, small stains are somewhat noticeable. Part of it is open where it was folded in half, and there is insect damage to the lining fabric. It's stylish, so it would be good for repurposing.
