This is a decorative ornament for a 3-year-old's Shichi-Go-San (7-5-3 Festival) coat (hifu). It's made with double Edo-uchi cord and tassels. The colors are orange with gold thread and light beige. The knot may loosen, but if this happens, pulling on the petal part will restore it. Thank you for your understanding before purchasing. As shown in the third image, it can also be made into a brooch type for an additional 100 yen. The brooch pin is attached in the opposite direction from the norm so that right-handed people can easily attach it from the front. Therefore, the pin's storage position is upside down.
