The size was good, but the width didn't fit, and the Velcro part didn't fit, so I gave up wearing them. I think they can be worn both indoors and outdoors. They are light and easy to wear with the Velcro closure. I hope someone who likes them will take them. They will be shipped without a box, in simple packaging, via宅配便 (courier service).
