This is a limited-edition CD released by Shijin. I have stored it after ripping it to my PC. Kaidan Kidan "Matsue Tsutae" CD Narrator: Shijin, Storyteller: Jigen This work collects live recordings of secret storytelling based on Shijin's own experiences at the "Kaidan/Kidan Matsue Tsutae" event held in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture on October 15, 2017, in a venue that was close to a secret meeting, limited to 30 people. It contains a total of 8 "Kaidan Kidan" stories, and the total recording time is a full 73 minutes, the CD's recording limit. This is a truly valuable audio source that is distinct from Shijin's original poetic and musical expressions, and showcases Shijin's new talent as a "storyteller." The entire work is edited from TAPE analog audio sources, and a raw recording method is used that revives the sound from old TAPE using a unique analog method that cannot be achieved with modern PC audio editing software. The "top secret stories" that Shijin himself has kept hidden in his heart for many years delve into taboos such as the "discrimination against buraku people" and "ostracism/exclusion from the village" that still exist deeply in modern society, with content that is prepared for censorship. It explores what true "horror" is, as opposed to the fear derived from "fabricated stories."
