This is a sturdy, thick-planked sushi rice tub made from over 130-year-old Kiso Sawara cypress from Shinshu. This 360mm wooden sushi tub is for 7 cups of rice and is suitable for various uses. Perfect for parties! I purchased this from the Kiya section of Tokyu Department Store about 10 years ago. I remember using it once, but it has been stored at home since then. There is some slight discoloration on the copper parts of the tacks, but it should clean up nicely with copper polish. The outer box has some discoloration, so please check the images and consider purchasing if you understand this.
