I opened this item with the intention of using it in a rental property before moving, but I never actually installed it and it has been in storage. The paper part was torn when I opened it. The rest is unused. If anyone is interested in using it, please let me know. Since this item has been opened once, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are overly sensitive. Please understand that I am a private seller and may have overlooked something during inspection.
