It offers high cold protection, and is warm enough to wear on its own even on cold days. The eye-catching all-over pattern design makes it easy to create an outfit just by pairing it with simple bottoms. There is some staining on the cuffs and some pilling overall. The printing on the tag is quite faded, and it's barely legible even when viewed up close. The brand is "OTAVALO" and it appears to be "HAND MADE IN ECUADOR". (The letter "S" in magic marker was written when I bought it from the used clothing store...)
