This is a TOMIX DE15. There is some cosmetic damage. Please judge from the photos. It runs, but sometimes needs a little push to get started. I'm not sure if the lights are supposed to turn on, but they do not. The case is in the condition shown in photos 9 and 10. This item has been handled by someone, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned, are very particular, or do not understand the description.
