The original characteristic loose silhouette has been adjusted to fit the Japanese physique, making it easier for a wider range of people to wear. The size has been finely tuned to a Japanese size that doesn't compromise ease of movement and functionality in the mountains. The material is Tussah nylon, which has a wrinkled, natural texture. Although it is 100% nylon, it has a natural texture with little luster and a moderate fabric firmness that doesn't detract from the original appearance. It has moderate breathability, wind resistance, and water repellency, and is also highly tear-resistant and abrasion-resistant. The fabric feels like a slightly thin 100% nylon, making it ideal for three seasons, but by pairing it with inner tights due to the wide size, it can be worn all year round. The pockets with flaps on both sides have a large capacity and can store gloves, etc. The flaps also have snap buttons, so items placed inside will not fall out. The original hem was designed to be tied with a string, but the UC Cargo Pants have been updated with a drawcord for easy adjustment. As with the original, the knees have tucks to make them easier to bend, and they have been redesigned so that there is no stress from natural movements to large leg bends. There is no place that pulls, so it is very easy to move. The knee area is reinforced with a patch from the back, and the fabric is double-layered. Even if you fall, it will not tear easily.
