These are cooling arm covers made in Japan. They also have finger holes. Great for UV protection and preventing sunburn! I purchased these on Rakuten two years ago. I have used them about 5 times. The thread of the finger hole looks like it's coming out, but as explained in the photo (11th image), this is due to the use of a special thread, and it has been this way since I purchased them.
