This is an Elmo headband I bought at Universal Studios Japan five years ago. I was pressured into buying it, so I never wore it and have kept it at home. I hadn't listed it for sale because it's a memento, but I'm offering it for sale in case someone would like to wear it. The condition is good, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I bought it for around 3500 yen at the time.
