This is a pen stand from the popular Glamorous series of the previous line. I've used it as a pen stand for a long time, so there are quite a few scratches and stains on the inside of the bottom and on the outside. I've included images of the product to show the scratches and stains, but please be aware that there are other scratches and stains besides those mentioned here.
