I loved these, but my daughter has outgrown them, so I'm hoping someone else can wear them! They aren't stiff, and my daughter said they were easy to wear! There are no frays or stains. The waist is elastic, and there's a buttonhole for adjusting the elastic. They are made of stretchy material.
