LEGO 4184 The Black Pearl Minifigures are not included. Instructions are only for part 2. I was planning to combine two sets to build a larger one, but I'm selling this due to lack of time. There are 7 sails, 1 pirate flag, and 5 hull parts. Instructions are only for part 2. Masts are in the same bag as the hull parts. The parts were separated by number from when I acquired them, but I haven't checked them in detail, so I haven't confirmed any missing parts or damage to brown parts. When I purchased it, there was no mention of missing parts of the ship itself other than the minifigures, but please understand the above before purchasing.
