This is a Super Devil sticker from the old Bikkuriman series. The front doesn't seem to have much damage, but there are scratches on the back. The back appears to be blue. Please check the images for the condition and purchase only if you are satisfied. I am not an expert, so I don't know which edition it is. I apologize. Returns are not accepted to prevent swapping.
