Overall, the instrument has been lightly cleaned and polished, but some dirt and rust remain. Also, as it is old, there are scratches and small dents overall. In my subjective opinion, there are no severe issues and it is generally clean (photos of concerning areas are included). The hard case handle and hardware are in good condition.
