This is Hydlide Special, an action RPG released in 1986. The box shows signs of aging, with tears, dents, and the original price sticker still attached. There are no missing flaps. The instruction manual also shows signs of aging, such as soiling, but there are no writings like passwords. The game has been tested and confirmed to work on a real FC (Famicom) console.
