Serial No. 11074 Operation confirmed. Moog theremins are no longer in production, so I believe this is a very rare item. Accessories include AC power adapter, power conversion adapter, and a cable to connect to an amplifier. The stand is not included due to its size, but it can be purchased cheaply on Amazon, etc. Please check the images for details.
