This is an octagonal flower-shaped "name card holder/business card holder" made entirely of keyaki (Japanese zelkova) wood, except for the round bar. It comes with a display board for the "name card holder" made of keyaki wood and acrylic. The paper is laminated for oil protection and can be replaced. Typical name card holders are mostly box-shaped, perhaps to avoid being seen by others or for large storage capacity. My product is a so-called "open type," allowing those who come later to see the business cards left by those before them. The shelf depth is about 2cm, so it can only hold about 20 cards. I aimed for an interesting design, unlike typical business card holders. What do you think? The wood is well-dried keyaki, and the surface is coated with linseed oil to bring out the wood's color. 【Notes】 Due to the use of natural wood, there may be cracks, chips, burrs on the cut surfaces, black burn marks from cutting or friction heat, and asymmetrical imbalances. This product is not suitable for those who are concerned about minor details. Linseed oil may stain clothing and paper that it comes into contact with. 【Assembly Instructions】 The main body is disassembled into four parts for packaging: the base, triangular supports, octagonal board, and receiving board. Please assemble as follows: ① From the bottom of the base, insert an M6 bolt with a washer, place the tip into the hole of the triangular support, and screw it in with a Phillips #2 or #3 screwdriver. Before the screwing is complete, if the base and support are parallel, tighten lightly. (Never apply excessive force. The wood's screw threads will be damaged.) ② Insert the octagonal board into the round bar at the top of the support, with the wider groove facing down. ③ Place the receiving board with the square protrusions facing down, and the shorter side against the groove of the octagonal board. ④ Insert the included toothpick into the hole, adjusting the angle so that it passes through the holes of the protrusions and the board and the hole of the support. Once you have confirmed that the toothpick has reached the back, firmly press the protrusions, insert an M3 bolt with a washer, and carefully screw it in with a Phillips screwdriver. (While lightly pressing, turn it securely, and do not tighten it too much. It is only glued with wood glue, so excessive force may cause the receiving board to detach.) Assembly is now complete.
