They were displayed in a display cabinet. The floral plates are unused. The cup was likely used for guests, but the gold trim is still beautiful. From the long-established German manufacturers, Thuringian Porcelain and Hutschenreuther. The floral patterns are lovely, and the gold trim is gorgeous. I also use the same plates, 2 pieces, and love them.
