I purchased this from Threeppy (3COINS) about 2 or 3 years ago. It's an arm cover that can be used to protect babies and children on bicycles from the cold. You can fasten the snap buttons and put one hand in each. My sisters used these when riding a child-seat bicycle. It's a seasonal item, so it's in good condition. I think it can still be used.
