It feels like there's a slight fuzziness. I've worn it about 3 times. It's fleece-lined and warm, perfect for the dead of winter. My daughter mostly wears shorts with tights, so she didn't have many chances to wear this. Personally, it looks red to me, but I think it might be a wine red color... It might be good for costumes, such as for Halloween. I will gradually lower the price, so please consider it when it reaches your desired price.
