I purchased and stored this item at a stationery store almost a year ago. It originally did not have a mechanical pencil mechanism, and the mechanism from a Mitsubishi Pencil Uni multi-function ballpoint pen that I had on hand has been installed instead. There are no issues with its operation. There are scratches on the stickers and the body due to aging.
