National Futon Dryer/Shoe Dryer FD-F06A5. I have been using it, but it is clean with no noticeable scratches or stains. I only use the futon dryer a few times in the winter every year, and I have never used the shoe dryer nozzle. In the spring, I would wipe it down every time, put it in the box, and store it in the back of the closet. The box and instruction manual are also included. Operation has been confirmed.
