This is from a certain stationery store (promotional item). I can't say for sure, but I believe this item is not available anywhere else on this site. Although it is new and unused, there are some minor stains and discoloration on the edges of the sheet. This is the reason for it being a B-grade item. Please assess the condition from the images and consider purchasing if you are satisfied.
