This is a Zen-On ukulele kit, ZU-600K. The body is made, and it's stopped at the point of attaching the neck. The body construction was difficult, but it's already complete, so I think the ukulele will be finished with a little more work. Currently, this kit doesn't seem to be sold anymore, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who will finish building it and play it well.
