This is a 1960s Lee Westerner. Compared to jackets, there are overwhelmingly fewer pants. I purchased it at a used clothing store about 5 years ago. Unlike current products, it has a certain aura. The size is also a golden size, with a 32-inch waist. I am selling it because the size no longer fits due to changes in my body shape. Regarding the condition, the zipper has been replaced, there are noticeable stains around the waist, holes in the pocket lining, and the hem has been altered. I think the above issues are not noticeable when worn, so those accustomed to vintage clothing should have no problem.
