☆Christmas Sale Price: ¥388,500 → ¥350,000! ☆ This is the top-of-the-line Greco ZEMAITIS model, GZV-3700MF (list price: ¥388,500). I purchased it around 2008 at the Ochanomizu shop of Kanda Shokai. I am the first owner. I've only taken it out occasionally to test play it, and I've kept it carefully without taking it outside, so it's in near-mint condition. While the current V model, the ZEMAITIS MFV22 with one knob, has machine-engraved metalwork, the V model offered here, produced around the same time as the early Kanda ZEMAITIS guitars, features hand-engraving by skilled artisans. The magnificent leaf design, carved deeper than the current machine-engraved models, is evident even from the images (I was told at the time of purchase that the wavy design around the metal top is particularly difficult even for artisans). The specifications, including the pure silver headplate and the carefully selected mahogany, are said to surpass the current models. Because it was an expensive guitar at the time of its release, the production number was small, and I have never seen one like this for sale, including on overseas sites. Metallica's James Hetfield uses this tribal design, making it a popular V model not only among ZEMAITIS fans but also overseas. Although there is some dullness on the metal parts due to aging, it's in almost unused condition, as I've only taken it out occasionally to tune and test play it. Therefore, there are no pick scratches from strumming. The designs on the escutcheon and bridge, which tend to fade with use, are perfectly preserved (images 7 & 8). The only flaw is a single small scratch on the paint surface of the body's V-shaped part (image 9), but I handled it carefully even when test playing, so there are no small scratches on the back of the body. The neck is straight, and the frets are almost 100% remaining. The neck condition is also excellent, so the truss rod is unused. This is a very valuable piece, as all the original accessories are included: the dedicated hard case, owner's manual, certificate, case keys, and even the small product name sticker (image 10). I believe this is a treasure-class piece in the history of Greco ZEMAITIS, kept in unused condition. I will ship it with the hard case protected by cushioning material. *Price reduction requests are not accepted due to numerous prank offers; please make requests in the comments. #FlyingV #ZEMAITIS #ZEMAITIS
