These are wide pants that look like a Vivienne Westwood long flare skirt. It has an elegant and playful design typical of Vivienne. It has been stored after dry cleaning. There is no "The Vivienne" Orb, etc., but I bought it when I preferred items that only those in the know would recognize as Vivienne (about 5-6 years ago?). There is some slight fuzzing on the side pocket area. It's one of my favorites, but the size has become a bit off, so I'm selling it. It's no longer available, and it sold out quickly at the time.
