I purchased it during the early days of the Hibiya Central Market opening in Hibiya Midtown. It's a plate with a calm blue to blue-gray glaze. Similar plates from the same series seem to be used in a corner of the restaurants within Hibiya Central Market, and the original stamp is pressed on them. ※ This is a plate that was used in a private home, not in a restaurant. There are gradations in the glaze from the center to the edge, and the unevenness of the firing and glaze pooling can be enjoyed as part of the plate's character. It's suitable for everyday use, as well as for food photography and interior decoration.
