I purchased this a few years ago from Pottery Barn Kids in the US. The design is very cute, with 3D elements of Anna and Elsa. I only had it on top of the duvet for a few months, so it's not particularly dirty. I had it professionally cleaned and stored it carefully at home. It's still a current product, so you can see more details on the Pottery Barn Kids website. The twin size of the same item is about 35,000 yen in Japan. It's a large size, so there's room on both sides even when placed over a thick winter duvet. The quilt fabric is about 1cm thick, so you can use it as a single duvet in spring and autumn.
