This is a Kurumi Button (fabric-covered button) making machine from XC. It's a hand-operated type, so a hand press is not required. It's made of metal and is durable. I believe the hand-operated type has been discontinued. It's probably more durable than the current resin type. The manufacturer still exists, so "Kurumi Buttons" are still available at craft stores and Amazon, etc. The sizes are 16/20/25mm, which are easy to use. I polished the surface for this listing.
