This is a cami dress from Kastane. It has a textured, bumpy fabric. It's a mermaid-style shape, but the fabric stretches, making it easy to walk in. The width can be adjusted with the ribbon in the back. It comes with a petticoat, so it's not see-through. I've worn it a few times, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I'm selling it to declutter.
