This is an Elizabethan garment (surgical suit) for dogs. It's made of mesh, so it's very breathable. It's stretchy and is put on over the head. Since it has sleeves, it might be good to put it on dogs with atopy or skin diseases. I bought it 7 years ago and it's in beautiful condition, only tried on.
