Includes a drum (with drumsticks), maracas, and a bell, plus a bag (not specifically designed for the set, but one I no longer use) to put them in. Total of 4 items. The toys were only used once. My child wasn't interested, so I put them away in storage and just recently took them out. They are in very good condition, but they were stored loosely in a separate bag, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. They are imported products, so there may be some original imperfections. Please be aware of this. The bag is a used item. There are signs of wear and tear such as fraying and stains, but it's perfect for carrying these toys, and it looks clean at a glance. It can also be used for other purposes.
