Seiko Matsuda Concert Tour 2025 Additional performances at Nippon Budokan on September 5th and 6th. This is a folding fan sold to commemorate the 135th performance at Nippon Budokan. It was a limited edition. It is a very cute fan, typical of Seiko-san. They said it was sold out, so I think it is a hard-to-find item. Please refrain from price negotiations. I purchased it on September 6th. It was hot that day, so I used it several times for a few hours before the concert started. I did not use it during the concert, so I personally think it is in good condition, but there is a fold in the instruction paper inside. It is not new and unopened, so please understand that it is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item.
