This is a Satechi USB Type-C hub. I used it by plugging it directly into the two left-side ports of my MacBook Pro, mainly for connecting to a large display via HDMI. The color is space gray, and the texture matches the space gray of the MacBook Pro. All seven ports have been tested and are working.
