This is a Kumaya bear from KUMAYA in Ashiya, which is now defunct, purchased about 30 years ago. It's a handmade, one-of-a-kind item with sturdy construction. There's no noticeable damage, but the tag has discolored due to age. It comes with a dedicated bag.
