This is a belt to prevent rolling over. With a buckle, it securely holds the body and prevents rolling over. Since I started using this, both mother and child have been able to sleep peacefully, and it has been very helpful. I used it for about 4 months while sleeping at night, so the Velcro is a little weak, but it can be used without any problems because it has a buckle. There are some pills on the Velcro part.
