This is a 12-band model released in 1996. It has FM, AM, and SW with 9 bands, plus a longwave (LW) band. You can enjoy FM stereo with headphones. It uses two AA batteries. There is no AC adapter. This is the main unit only. (Batteries are included.) It's old, so it's not in pristine condition, but it works well. The sound is good. It's easy to carry! I recommend it, especially for today's times. What do you think?
