I purchased this from the Petit Bateau official website. It's a set of long-sleeved top and long pants. It's made of 100% cotton and the material feels very soft against the skin. I bought it to match with my daughter, but it's so cute that I haven't had a chance to wear it, so it's been stored at home. My daughter's pajamas have been washed many times, but the fabric is durable and I think it's a good material. Please refrain from excessive price negotiations.
