Made in Japan picture rail parts. This is an attachment for the rail to hang wires. Please be sure to check if the rail is compatible before purchasing. I purchased this by mistake, and although I have opened the package, it is unused. The backing card is bent. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a product in new condition.
