This item was purchased by myself over 10 years ago at the New Year's sale in Harajuku. It was a featured item, worn by the staff, and sold out immediately. Recently, Neighborhood and fragment have hardly collaborated, so I believe this is a rare piece. It has a thunder patch on the left shoulder, buttons of various sizes, and pockets on both sides, making it a carefully crafted item. I've only worn it a few times, so I think it's in very good condition.
