This is the SM5U mouthpiece, supervised by Mr. Steven Mead. I used it for about six months and then carefully stored it in its mouthpiece case. It's a rare item currently sold new for 57,200 yen. The original box is not included. It has a gold-plated finish, which feels very comfortable in the mouth. There are some minor scratches, but no dents whatsoever.
