This is a hunter case pocket watch using a Seiko quartz movement. The back cover is engraved with "Presented by the Prime Minister." The size is 42mm top to bottom, 56mm side to side (including the hanging ring). A chain is included. The case has some scratches, but the crystal is undamaged.
