This is a set of a Leica Visoflex II type 16455J and a viewfinder OTVXO 16461 vertical magnifier. The Visoflex II is compatible with the M-type Leica, a rangefinder camera. While rangefinders excel at focusing on wide-angle and distant subjects, they struggle with telephoto and close-up focusing. The "Visoflex" solves this by connecting a mirror box and viewfinder in front of the camera, effectively turning it into an SLR. Note that this is a different product from modern EVFs, despite sharing the name. It can be used with M-mount lenses, and lenses specifically designed for the Visoflex will achieve infinity focus. This includes the Elmar 65mm F3.5 standard lens, which is capable of close-up photography, and the Summicron 90mm F2 with a short helicoid for Visoflex use (making it a versatile product). As the second version of the Visoflex, it is compatible with the M-mount and has a shorter flange back of 68.8mm compared to the first version, though it's still quite long. A key difference from the III type, also M-mount, is that it attaches with a bayonet mount like a lens, with a click, instead of a lever. Also, you must first trigger the Visoflex's shutter, then the camera's shutter, and then manually reset the mirror. While the III type is rare and difficult to find in good condition, even for repair, the II type is a more affordable option. The exterior is clean with no noticeable scratches, and the operation is smooth. The mirror is clean, but there is unevenness on the screen. Also, although not visible from the outside of the viewfinder, there are slight vignetting in two corners. It's like the slightly rounded corners are straightened, but I don't think it affects framing, so I wouldn't call it a "mint" or "excellent" condition. The vertical viewfinder provides an inverted image, making it perfect for immersing yourself in the world of macro photography. The mirror is also clean, so I highly recommend it to those who are committed to taking each shot with passion. *Evaluation is subjective.
