This is a C-tuned harmonica made by Suzuki Musical Instrument Manufacturing. The case has scratches and dirt. There are no visible scratches on the harmonica itself. This item was purchased a long time ago at an event floor in the Umeda Hankyu Department Store and has been kept in storage since then.
