This is a bass trombone from the Nikkan instrument manufacturer, an Imperial model (their top-of-the-line at the time). The instrument is very old, and as a single bass trombone, it only has an F-attachment rotary valve. However, it produces low notes well, and the large bell gives it a soft tone (in my personal opinion). One point of note: the slide lock is broken. The case is also a Keilwerth tenor bass trombone case, so the zipper doesn't fully close, and the case is also quite worn. A mouthpiece is not included (it takes a large shank mouthpiece). As it is a very old instrument, there are scratches, rust, etc., but it can be used for playing.
