This is Penkakuresky from the Living series of Smiski figures. The box is not included as it has been opened. There is overall soiling, and a white area from the bottom of the face to the right side. There is also dirt on the arms, so please check the photos before purchasing. It has been stored in a dark place, but as it is stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
