This is an item from my family. It was only tried on once at home. However, there are marks from the needle that was used to tack it, and fold marks, as it was intended to be worn. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It's made of summer "ro" fabric, and feels cool and refreshing to the touch. I personally think it can be used year-round since it's hot all the time now. Made of high-quality synthetic fiber, Bemberg. It seems to be sold on Rakuten for around 6500 yen.
